We came in already knowing what we wanted to buy, a used Kia Soul 2018 that we found online listed at a good price. We worked with Oswaldo when we arrived and he was very generous with his time and let us t Kia Soul 2018 that we found online listed at a good price. He also took the time to appraise my vehicle that I was planning to trade in; I had already appraised it at CarMax and was happy to see that they matched their price. Next came the negotiation process. This didn't go too bad; we brought up the value of my trade-in and they brought down the price of the car (but only slightly). Working with Oswaldo was a pleasure, but his manager (Frank?) I didn't care too much for, mostly because he gave me a big story about how he's actually selling me the car at a loss and that he used the car to attract customers to buy other cars. It seems he thought I was born yesterday, but I know very well that no one is selling a car at a loss just for marketing purposes. Regardless, he still brought down the price a bit and the overall price I had to pay was very good, so I'm happy. We had a slight issue with the financing part because my wife and I both had a credit freeze on our accounts and we forgot to get them unfrozen prior to the purchase. They were willing to keep the car there and for us to return the next day. The Finance Guy, Oscar, was pleasant to work with. He was efficient and got us a good rate on our loan such that it was less than $200 a month (this is for a Kia Soul with only 8K miles, so practically a brand new car). The only reason I'm giving 4 stars, though I might prefer to give 4.5 stars, is because I was given only one key and it wasn't made clear to me at the beginning that there was only one key available (I blame the sales manager). This is my first time purchasing a used vehicle, so maybe I'm at fault for assuming there would be two keys, but I think common courtesy should be to inform the buyer at the outset that there's only one key. Had I known I would have pushed for a lower purchasing price to offset the cost of a new key. If you're only given a key, don't buy a new one from the dealer. You're better off buying the key fob from Amazon and taking it to a place like Batteries & Light Bulbs to get the key programmed. Will save you hundreds of dollars. More

Recientemente regrese para buscar informacion presencial acerca de poder comprar un auto nuevo. Fui atendido por Kirenia, quien a pesar de su juventud, es muy profesional. Ademas, tiene algo imprescindible para ser un buen vendedor:carisma. Esas cualidades la haran alcanzar posiciones mas altas dentro del mercado. Las demas personas que me atendieron, tanto el financista como el representante del Seguro, lo hicieron de manera excelente. En verdad creo que recomendare a South Dade Kia a mis amigos. No hay mejor propaganda y recomendacion de un negocio que la de un cliente satisfecho. Felicidades!!! More
