I receive a letter from Kia stating that there is a recall in mine Stinger 2019. I call to schedule an appointment, gave all the information told her what the letter said and she gave me an appointment recall in mine Stinger 2019. I get to the dealer at 8:25 to leave the car and the attendant ask me if I going to wait and I say no because it takes 2 to 3 hours to get fix. I leave and 30 minus later I receive a call the car was ready. They need to order the parts. So I don't understand if you know what has to be replace in a Stinger why do you have to look at the car and never let the customer know and your employees know the procedure to inform the customer. It took me 1 hour and 45 miles of waste time. More
