Overall it was a good experience I worked with Ali Peterson on a deal that involved ending a lease for 2017 Kia Optima and then purchasing a 2019 Forte. Ali is a real "Superstar" I also worked with Marcello Nicolletti and he was able to work out the numbers to get in range within my budget to able to purchase the car. Thank you Marcello it was very appreciated. This is the first time I have delt with Sunshine Kia although I have purchased and lease several Kias since 1989 at another Kia dealership in town. Alwaya a pleasure I continue to get my "engine light " on and every time i would go to service it it would disappear. But i still took it in. My car computer was checke I continue to get my "engine light " on and every time i would go to service it it would disappear. But i still took it in. My car computer was checked and reprogrammed. And they made sure everything was running smoothly with the car. The staff in the service department are excellent from Giselle who makes the appointments to one of the service person Joshua who hears you and gets the car ready for service to the mechanics who work on the cars. The service manager also always has a smile on his face and always happy to see you. And having this dealership 5 minutes from my house is like icing on a cake. More
