No dealership can be 5 stars when under construction. You also need more rooms to talk with manager and salespeople in. Henry was very helpful but the team had never heard of replacing the halogen lights in my car. This was my second time there for the replacement. Henry was the only advisor to follow up, read the letter replacing the halogen lights in my car. This was my second time there for the replacement. Henry was the only advisor to follow up, read the letter and move forward with my repair. Kia sent a letter to me but your system still required me to wait for over an hour for their authorization for the repair which I had a letter for. It seems like the larger company should make this easier for its service centers. Henry did the best he could navigating the red tape of the company. More
