Gabriel Monzo, and Luiz Sanchez were very Helpfull I recently purchased a used 2006 Toyota camry. Luis Sanchez was my salesman. I drove two hours from the keys, and was not even planning on buying a veichal this day (may 21, 2014). I love Toyotas and have previously owned 2 in the past so I wanted to just check out this dealership and see what they have. Im 26 and currently going through a little bit of a financial bind. My credit was not that good but I recently got approved on a credit app so I went to homestead south dade Toyota. I met with Luis Sanchez and explained my situation (I can not afford more than $250 a month and have about $2000 down). The finance company wanted to earthier put me in something bran new (which I could not afford) or have me buy something cash that honestly was not a good car. Not Untill about 6 hours later and multiple times of Luis going back and forth to his managers, he finally brought me to the used car lot. I saw a perfect car, something exactly what I was looking for, the 2006 camry. Well as soon as I see it another salesman comes up with a customer that had an appointment to look at this car. Within two mins the car was gone and I was soo disappointed. Ten mins. later Luis got a call and said the car was outside the front of the dealership. I lucked out big time. I had to buy the insurance upfront and wouldn't have the 2k down to buy the car. These guys worked with me and let me pay the remaining balance of the down payment my next paycheck. not until after 8pm. did I finally finished paperwork with this car. Myself and Luis havn't ate nothing all day, but he stuck with me until I left in the car. Right after I left the dealership in my camry the check engine light came on. I signed a paper saying that there was no warrantee on this car b.c it just broke 100k miles. I called right when I left and told them the light came on. a few days later sales manager Gabriel Monzo approved about $1000 dollars of service work and replaced the whole catylic converter. He did not have to do this at all but felt bad b.c I spent my savings and would not be able to fix it anytime soon. I shook his hand personally and thank him. Not to mention Luis Sanchez kept pushing to make sure I received a good sound car. Juan from service was great, he gave me personal advice and took care of the problem. This is the first dealership where I feel like I havn't got "screwed over" and this is about my 7th vehical I purchased. I Highly recommend them. I just sent a buddy of mine and he bought a car today from them, as well as one of my supervisors from work. If you want a great car and great customer service, come to South Dade Toyota! I even have some future work to be done and they are giving me a huge discount. Trust me I don't write reviews, but these guys well deserve it. Thank you Gabriel Monzo, Luiz Sanchez, as well as Juan from service! I highly appreciate you guys getting me back on my feet and a car I love! More

On our most recent experience we visited South Dade Toyota with our three kids in order to buy a Highlander. The car had been pre-ordered to meet certain criteria a couple of weeks ago, so that was a plus of him taking the time of carefully bringing to us what we wanted. He went over both the leasing and purchasing options very professionally. Marlene helped us entertain the children so my husband could sign all the documentation. We we're offered water and snacks. Really a good experience considering everything one has to go thru when buying a car!! Thank you Pepito and Marlene!!! More
Please Read before you Purchase a USED car from this Place. MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I am writing this E-Mail about my used Car buying experience today. I live almost 2 Hour away from this Dealership, and i wen MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I am writing this E-Mail about my used Car buying experience today. I live almost 2 Hour away from this Dealership, and i went their today to look at Purchasing a 1999 White Mercedes E-300 Turbo Diesel. It is a unique vehicle and hard to find at times, and since it was listed in Auto Trader and the Dealerships Web- Site listed as a very Clean Car i used my DAY OFF, and time to go take a look at it. When i got to the dealership I was properly greeted by everyone, but the Used Car Mgr. My Internet Sales Person Mr. Soto came to assist me, and as I was taken to see the car in another Location, but it would not start. I then assisted my sales associate Daniel in attempting to start it but it would not because the Battery was too far gone. We tried everything a Jumper Pack, Jumper Cables in two different locations. Then Finally I told him we need a New Battery, he then located the Used Car Mgr, for approval. I don't know his name because he never introduced himself to me or said thanks. Well after he gave approval for a new Battery under a We Owe receipt. Me and Daniel had to go to Parts and plead with the Parts guy to get one for us. Daniel and I then went back to the lot and I felt like if I want to drive this car today, I need to remove it myself. Daniel asked on of the Mechanics for some tools, and I went to work. I removed the old and After about an Hour of waiting for it to come to us from up the street. Daniel and myself went back to the lot, and I INSTALLED THE NEW BATTERY in the car I went there to purchase. Now mind you this car was listed as a Nice car with everything working, on Auto Trader, and the dealerships Web site. After installing the Battery it still would not start and since I drove there in a car like this today and have owned a car like this in the pass, finally i got it running. When I got it started i noticed the the Air bag was glued back into place, and the drivers side front fender had about 1/2 inch thick layer of Bond on the door, as I inspected the car a little further I noticed that water had worked its way into the back seats floor as it was all WET and in the Trunk as I could clearly smell the odor of something that had been wet for a while. The cars A/C did not work, as I had just been working in 95 degree heat today, and all of the vehicles service lights were flashing. As I got the car out of the lot I Immediately noticed that the car needed brakes, the steering wheel was shaking and the transmission would NOT go into gear properly as I pressed the Gas pedal to go faster so another car driving faster would not hit us. After a Two Minute drive it was clear to me that the vehicle I drove to the dealership today was in WAY Better condition then the one I came to look at. I don't know of anyone who brings a vehicle in for trade and is going to make a purchase on a vehicle that is WORSE SHAPE THAN THE VEHICLE THEY are currently driving and attempting to trade in. I am NOT MAD, just a little concerned about the way that place is being RUN. I understand I am not purchasing a NEW Tundra, but this today is not a good representation of the name TOYOTA, or a good first impression of this dealership. I currently own a 2012 certified Used BMW 740I, and i don't believe they would have expected me to do anything of this kind to drive a car I drove an Hour to purchase. I don't like what occurred today and in the process of contacting corporate reference complaint # 14061600416, because I believe NO ONE should have to go through what I did, just to drive a car they were interested in Potentially purchasing. I want everyone to known FACE Book, Linkin, and any other dealer Rating Web site I can find and forward this E-mail to them about my experience at South Dade Toyota today. I am also going to contact all of the Board of Directors I can find of Toyota and forward them this E-mail. No one looking to Purchase a vehicle should have to go through this. More

Pepito ( Jose Fernandez- Hijo ) mi vendedor - despues de que su padre se retirase de esta profesion- se habia transladado a South Dade Toyota de Homestead y le visite para ver mis opciones. Fue una conversación de amigos; Pepito siempre trata que su amigo/cliente quede satisfecho con un auto que le gusta, con un auto que le provea confort y seguridad, con un auto que encaje con el presupuesto individual/ familiar. El mio no estaba disponible en ese instante, Pepito lo ubico en Hollywood, y 3 horas mas tarde ya estabamos firmando los documentos en la Gerencia Financiera: dicho sea de paso un caballero muy profesional con un claro objetivo de apoyar a cada cliente y brindarle tips/alternativas de provecho mutuo. I found South Dade Toyota online and after reading reviews after reviews I'd decided to go visit them, but being that they were about 55mins away from my home Juan Soto agreed to send one of his Sales Consultants to pick me up and take me to the lot. Which I am so thankful for and I thank Juan so very much for his help. Well Manuel called me the next day and agreed to pick me up on his way to the dealer (( which was also where he worked)) I ask Juan would I have a ride back home if in fact Id decided I didn't really like anything he advised me that I would have to speak to Manuel about that but Manuel didn't call me until the next morning! Well any way meeting Manuel is was nice we talked and he explained a lot to me. BUT everything kinda changed after we actually got to the dealer and after looking at different cars I decided I wanted to keep looking Manuel started to have an attitude and even left me and my fiancé to go help another customer without even excusing himself. That's when Bernie came over he really didn't pressure me he was nice but at that point I was over everything and just wanted to leave. My fiancé asked Manuel how were we supposed to get home and again he had an attitude "My job was to get you here I don't know how you will get home I did my part" And continued to say " I'm working I'm with a customer I may be able to take you after my shift so maybe u can go grab a burger" at that point my fiancé was furious we understand you are at work and ((yes don't get me wrong)) you couldn't do it at the moment and I clearly understand that we only asked him to take us to the train station 15mins away and we would have found our way home. After arguing back and fourth my fiancé walked away to find Bernie we even asked Manuel to speak to his manager to see if anything could be arranged and he said WITH ATTITUDE " You know his number right you call him " .. Bernie without thinking twice took us to the bus station 5min away explained to us that he was sorry about what happened he didn't know we lived so far and explained to us what bus we could catch to the train station. I can't thank Bernie enough! Maybe it was because we didn't want to be pressured into buying a car but all I have to say is not everyone who walks into your lot will drive out with a vehicle all customers are customers despite anything and depending on they way a customer is treated will determine whether he/she will ever return I wasn't a customer before and will never become one Thank you Juan and Bernie for all your help.. :) More
