This was my first time buying a car and I was extremely overwhelmed with all the details. I'm young and my family lives up north, so I know I was handling this on my own. I did tons of research but was really anxious about the whole process. Buying a car is a huge purchase!! As soon as I spoke with Elizabeth on the phone I knew I was in good hands. She was so sweet (and patient!!) over the phone with me and 500 questions. I literally must have called her 6 times before I actually stepped foot into the dealership. She was wonderful and didn't pressure me into anything. As soon as I came in, Elizabeth introduced me to Daniel and I was immediately impressed. He showed me exactly what I was looking for in my price range and also didn't pressure me into any purchases. He gave me tons of options to choose from as well as walked me through the whole car-buying process... what to expect and how to get what I want for the price I can afford. Daniel was a gentleman and truly and wonderful salesman. I'm thrilled to say I'm now the proud owner of a brand new Toyota, and I have Elizabeth & Daniel to thank for that!!! More
