720 drop off. Texted at 4 pm to find out what was up. Miraculously she was just going to text me. 6 items failed. Only 1 required for inspection. There needs to be a distinction. Because she waited so long to text me, car had to be kept overnight. Why do you even have time slots. Why not just have people pick a date since you see cars as you see fit and not by appointment. They try to sell you everything they can. Air and engine filters had dirt on them. They are supposed to collect dirt! Total would have been over $2K and then you charge a fee to use a credit card? This is not a mom and pop business. This is a multimillion dollar company and you can’t afford the credit card fees? Who has $2K sitting around to pay cash? I love my Kia but do not like this service dept.
