Just had general maintenance performed like tire rotation, state inspection, oil + filter change etc. Communication was ok, drop off was easy. Work was done ok. Scheduled an appointment with John for 9:00. Arrived promptly on time but needed to wait with everyone who showed up for nonscheduled appointments.
