I have a lot of respect for the service team at this dealership, especially my service advisor, Kayla. She was wonderful to deal with and offered absolutely great customer service. Admittedly, the proce dealership, especially my service advisor, Kayla. She was wonderful to deal with and offered absolutely great customer service. Admittedly, the process was a bit frustrating because it took a long time to accurately pinpoint the problem with my vehicle. But Kayla and the team didn't give up, and I am optimistic that the car is finally fixed for the last time. A big thank you to Kayla for keeping me informed and being so kind throughout the wait! Leigh-Anne was seriously awesome! She was helpful, but she let us pave the way for our decision-making. She provided everything I needed, and she was so friendly as well. There was no pressure to purchase, and she genuinely wanted us to find the right car for our family. Leigh-Anne was the best to work with! The guy in the financial department was a fast talker and didn't give all of the details needed to make an informed decision. He wanted us to purchase an extended warranty, and it was clearly a high-pressure sales pitch. I wish we could have only worked with Leigh-Anne because she knows how to take care of customers and make them feel comfortable. Overall, I am happy with my new car and the purchase experience. More

I had a pleasant experience at SHK. John F greeted me as soon as I walked in and I'm glad he did. Real nice down to earth guy. He and the finance guy, who was also awesome, were the only two people I spoke with. The whole process took about maybe 2hrs including a test drive. I ended up getting a Kia Seltos which I like so far. I would recommend this place to family and friends. Would like to emphasize again the pleasantness. Although there were other customers and people and things going on, the whole place just seemed very quiet and chill which I was not expecting based on past experiences at other places and really liked. Good vibes!! More
