After not having air conditioning since the end of may in my 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid with 12,000 miles, South Hills finally fixed it. I initially went to Cochran where I bought it new, and they couldn't ide my 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid with 12,000 miles, South Hills finally fixed it. I initially went to Cochran where I bought it new, and they couldn't identify the problem 'consistently'. Kia advised me to go to another dealer and after trying Shorkey (with help of Kia corporate and BBB) without an answer, South Hills finally did fix it in September. Long summer without AC....and I was unable to get a loaner or rental on Kia's dime. I am elated it is finally fixed (and will probably trade it in for a Honda or Toyota) but will never get over the horrible communication from all. When calling South Hills, I consistently got "AI PAM" and could never reach a person. Totally frustrating. The problem was identified in July but took until September to get it fixed. Once it was in there for repair, it was only a few hours until it was completed. (New compressor, etc). The communication fails should not fall on Kayla, my advisor at SH, because when we did interact, she was professional and calm. I do love my car but knowing the company is so slow in response with such a new car has changed my (and everyone I know) view on Kia as a whole. I guess the world is broken, unable to get people to work and customer service has taken a plunge. Sad to see....with Kia leading the way. More

The service techs are good, helpful, and friendly. The AI phone answering solution is awful and very hard to get around. The constant attempts to upsell me on other repairs is annoying.
