I had a very disappointing experience with South Hills Kia and would not recommend them. I purchased a used Honda CR-V in February 2025 for $15,000. Before I even bought the vehicle, the dealership pla Kia and would not recommend them. I purchased a used Honda CR-V in February 2025 for $15,000. Before I even bought the vehicle, the dealership placed four used tires in the trunk and told me not to open it. When I attempted to open the trunk, it wouldn’t budge. After moving the tires, it was clear the trunk itself was broken. This felt misleading and should have been disclosed upfront. The salesman acknowledged the issue and promised the trunk would be fixed at no cost. I was given an IOU form confirming this. I brought the car back a few weeks later, the dealership said it was repaired, and I tested it multiple times before leaving. A few months later, the trunk stopped opening again. Since then, I have called multiple times and left detailed voicemails explaining the issue and referencing the prior repair and written promise. No one has returned my calls. Selling a vehicle with a known defect, failing to fix it properly, and then completely ignoring the customer afterward is unacceptable. I regret doing business here and strongly advise others to be cautious. More
