Bought a "certified" used 2023 Seltos. Radio did not work from day one. Spent a few hours at the dealer to be told that there is no fix and that they are working with a regional service Radio did not work from day one. After over a week, I did my own research and found a work-around to get the update and installed it myself. Only after emailing my salesman did the service department call me back..
