Trying to get the service center to return a call in a timely manner is extremely bad! Almost always get sent to leave a message. Tried texting and still no response in a timely matter. I went in for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. The front brakes failed inspection and I was presented with an quote of $632.97 for replacement of the front rotors and brakes. I inquire rotation. The front brakes failed inspection and I was presented with an quote of $632.97 for replacement of the front rotors and brakes. I inquired about the possibility of simply replacing the brakes and was told that the rotors could be resurfaced and the brakes replaced for $378.42. I asked for pictures of the rotors and the surface advisor provided them in a timely and efficient manner. I ultimately decided to purchase the parts to replace all four rotors and brakes myself for The vehicle passed inspection a week later. The service advisor was professional and respectful at all times even though I chose complete the work myself. More
