They had my car for close to 4 months. I understand things are slow and people are short staffed but nobody really communicated with me well. If I didn’t call to check the status nobody would call me. things are slow and people are short staffed but nobody really communicated with me well. If I didn’t call to check the status nobody would call me. Everytime I would call to check the status it was always something different as to why my car wasn’t being worked on. It’s like I was always next in line every 2 weeks. It took them 2 weeks to even look at my car so for 2 weeks I went without a rental or any car and as a single mom with a full time job that’s hard. They did fix the car though. That’s the positive. More
