My Kia Sorento has been dripping oil since my last oil change. I finally had a chance to look under it and it appears that they used the wrong washer on the oil plug and that is where the oil drip is com change. I finally had a chance to look under it and it appears that they used the wrong washer on the oil plug and that is where the oil drip is coming from. Also the splash shield was left hanging down with multiple bolts missing. I have had to replace the splash shield once already and do to want to have to buy another one because the technician didn't properly reinstall the bolts after an oil change. This was not the service adviser's fault, it was the fault of the technician who worked on my car. The service advisers have always been wonderful. More
