I bought a 2024 Toyota Tundra on 2/16/2024. They spelled my name wrong three times and then repeatedly hard pulled my credit report with the various wrong spellings they had... negatively affec They spelled my name wrong three times and then repeatedly hard pulled my credit report with the various wrong spellings they had... negatively affecting my credit report. Then, after informing me that they were the ones who screwed up, required me to do all of the leg work to fix the problem. I was required to write them a letter describing the problem, attach my credit report to show them how it was negatively affected. I will never buy from them again. More

I had an appointment scheduled where I needed a replacement for a recalled product, oil change, and standard maintenance. When I arrived at the dealer they told me they didn't have the part ordered replacement for a recalled product, oil change, and standard maintenance. When I arrived at the dealer they told me they didn't have the part ordered or a tech to do it (then why tell me to come in at that time?). I was upset because I had to reschedule the appointment. Once because my daughter had to go to the ER and once because they needed a tech to do my recall replacement. When I brought this up, the customer service lady said, "Oh, well that's not our fault your daughter had to go to the ER." Yup, wasn't mine either. Great customer service, 0/10, two thumbs waaaaaay down. More

We have been getting our cars serviced there for years. Recently, told that I needed tires to pass inspection. Asked service if they price match since I read this on Toyota website. He said yes, same tires Recently, told that I needed tires to pass inspection. Asked service if they price match since I read this on Toyota website. He said yes, same tires in writing. Walmart had same tires, brought quote in writing in when picking up car. Service said looks good but parts had to approve it. Parts guy said not same tire, refused to price match. Clearly, we’re same tires. We are equal distance from another dealer. May have to switch. Wife’s car needs tires, will go elsewhere. More

Do not let them trick you into selling you a car on dealer trade. They made me put a deposit down on a car they were unsure if they could even acquire. After 3 attempts at vehicles that didn’t even mat dealer trade. They made me put a deposit down on a car they were unsure if they could even acquire. Received a much better deal at the other dealer as well. After I told them I purchased a vehicle elsewhere, their sales manager continued to call me. More

He was kind, courteous and knowledgable. He did not pressure us into buying. We also worked with Brent in financing, he made a difficult situation less stressful and we were able to buy a new Toyota with a manageable payment. Satisfied Toyota owner since 2011 I've used South Hills Toyota since 2011. Their service center has always been very good to deal with and willing to take care of whatever the problem I've used South Hills Toyota since 2011. Their service center has always been very good to deal with and willing to take care of whatever the problem may be. They've helped me out of a couple of issues that needed immediate attention and they manged to get me in right away and have the issue resolved in a short period of time. Regular oil changes and maintenance appointments you need to call in advance but I've not had problems getting them scheduled when needed. I've had a few recalls also and they took care of those without issues. Their employees have always been helpful and good to deal with. More

Southills was the only I found the truck on caraguru and used email has my communication source. I contacted 4 other toyota dealerships the same way.
