Very Poor Customer Service I went to get a quick oil change before picking up my daughter from school. I waited in the bay for nearly 10 minutes BEFORE anyone came to my car to I went to get a quick oil change before picking up my daughter from school. I waited in the bay for nearly 10 minutes BEFORE anyone came to my car to ask what I service I needed. Then I was told it would take about 40 minutes for the oil change. I WAS THERE FOR 2 HOURS!! The time on the paperwork is NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD! I would have come back because I was almost late getting my daughter. I felt ignored and flat-out lied to because they knew I had been left in the bay unattended for so long. More

Very Satisfied My husband and I bought his truck and when we took it in for an oil change I spotted this car on the lot. I did not "need" this car but it was everyt My husband and I bought his truck and when we took it in for an oil change I spotted this car on the lot. I did not "need" this car but it was everything that I ever wanted in a car. Being we had bought his truck from the salesman, Dan Santagilo, I went and asked to speak to him. Turns out he wasn't in the dealership at the time but they called him on his cell and made arrangements with me to look at the car the next day. I feel in love with the car and Dan did just as he stated he would, he got me the lowest price and dealt with the sales manager and explained everything to him. I walked out with the car that I love! I wanted the windows tinted which I did through the dealership, I had an issue with the tint and called Dan. I brought my car back, he got me a loaner, and he personally took care of my car and got the tint fixed. Where do you even get this kind of personal service at anymore? I was a "real" customer with a "name" not just a dollar walking through the door. Even when we go into the dealership now, Dan will still walk over and say hello and he remembers our names. This is how customer service should be. This is what customer service is. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and Dan himself. More
