I have never been pressured but have been given the same comfort level through three different salespeople. When one retires, another steps up and gives the same quality service. No one "locks the doors till you buy a car"--an experience we had at another local dealership. Our salesman Jim Mart always had time for us and remembered everything we wanted. My first car from South Oak was the first Dodge Stratus they had on the floor. Then I had 2 more Stratus vehicles. The last time was a Jeep Patriot. Loved that car too. Now we got the new Renegade and are enjoying it. Service hours are most convenient too. More
