Good experience overall Erin was great. Listened to my needs, understood when I needed to cut to the chase, worked with her boss to get a good deal. She let me know that the Erin was great. She let me know that the car was new in and she hadn't had time to drive it, but found out any answers to my questions that she she didn't already know, as opposed to dismissing the question or covering up with BS. Reason for the 4 stars is I've taken one off for the finance guy. I've worked in banking for years and I understand loans very well. I financed through our credit union and got a rate I was happy with. The finance guy pushed and pushed because he found someone for 0.25% less (less than $5 a month cheaper). I thanked him but declined politely saying I would a) prefer to work with our CU that I've been with for over 10 years and b) the additional loan with the CU would save a lot more than five bucks a month on a HELOC rate discount. It was a financial and emotional decision. He pulled a condescending face, shrugged and said he'd never had anyone say that to him before, as if I was making an idiotic decision. I can honestly say that if he had mentioned it again or pushed anymore, I would have walked out and they would have lost the sale. Dan More
