My experience at this dealership was very pleasant. My only issue is that I purchased a 2011 vehicle and I barely made it home with the amount of gas that was in there. Sure I should have checked it first, but from my prior car buying experience, whether you bought a new or used vehicle, dealerships filled up your tank. When I emailed my salesman about it the next day, he advised me that they only fill up new vehicle purchases. I truly feel that's the wrong answer and that when you patronize a dealership by buying one of their cars be it new or used, then you should at least be driving home on a full tank. Other than that my experience was pleasant. More

I have been purchasing and servicing dodge caravans at South Oak Dodge since the service department (Michah Neely in particular) at South Oak Dodge. I have been purchasing and servicing dodge caravans at South Oak Dodge since the early 1990's. The professionalism of Micah Neely and the service department have earned my trust over the years. I am called by name and treated like part of the Dodge family. They tell me only what I need or might need and they do not overcharge. Yesterday I went in for an oil change and during that service it was discovered that I needed brake pads and front rotors. Within 2 hours, my car was like new again and ready to travel for a vacation. I recommend South Oak Dodge to everyone.
