I have been purchasing and servicing dodge caravans at South Oak Dodge since the service department (Michah Neely in particular) at South Oak Dodge. I have been purchasing and servicing dodge caravans at South Oak Dodge since the early 1990's. The professionalism of Micah Neely and the service department have earned my trust over the years. I am called by name and treated like part of the Dodge family. They tell me only what I need or might need and they do not overcharge. Yesterday I went in for an oil change and during that service it was discovered that I needed brake pads and front rotors. Within 2 hours, my car was like new again and ready to travel for a vacation. I recommend South Oak Dodge to everyone. When we walked in the first person we saw greeted us in a friendly way. We asked for Marcus they said he was on a test drive. We waited for him. Ray came and remembered us from our last time we bought a car from South Oak. He was friendly as he was before. We told him what we wanted and he was a tremendous help. Marcus met us and let us look at cars and test drive a few of them. Ray pulled the first car up for us. After that we looked at the ones we wanted and felt no pressure to buy anything from Marcus or Ray. When we did have questions they answered them and helped us without being overbearing or pushing us to buy a car. We were not pushed to buy the most expensive version of the car we bought. They both understood our budget and worked with us on what we can afford. Overall our expierence was good and most importantly we were not pressured by anyone to feel like we need to buy a car. More

I CALLED THIS DEALER TO HAVE SERVICE DONE ON MY NITRO AND WAS REFERRED TO MICAH.HE TOLD ME TO BRING MY CAR IN AND THEY WOULD CHECK IT OUT.IT TURNED OUT I NEEDED A PART THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE ORDERED. WHEN THE WAS REFERRED TO MICAH.HE TOLD ME TO BRING MY CAR IN AND THEY WOULD CHECK IT OUT.IT TURNED OUT I NEEDED A PART THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE ORDERED. WHEN THE PART CAME IN, I WAS SET UP WIH A DATE AND TIME TO BRING THE CAR IN.I ARRIVED AT THE DEALER AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT AWAY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT TOW HOURS. MICAH KEPT IN TOUCH DURIND THE WAIT AND KEPT ME UP TO SPEED ON THE WORK. THEY HAD THE CAR DONE IN LESS THAN TOW HOURS AND ALSO WASHED THE CAR.I WILL BE BUYING A NEW CAR IN AUGUST AND WILL GO BACK TO THIS DEALER BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM MICAH AND HIS CREW.
