i was quoted $99 for a duplicate of my ignition key. Final charge was $322 for the stupid key. If they charge $322 for a key, I imagine the rip off for actually servicing a car!!! These are not service men but con artists! I was so mad! I will never do business again on this dealership

"South Park Mitsubishi HORRIBLE Service"

Mitsubishi warranty isn't worth the piece of paper it's written on because they don't want to cover parts that should be under warranty. I took my Endeavor in with a oil leak when it was under warranty and I was told that they fixed the problem. The oil / grease mark in my drive way stopped. Later I found out that it was front end problem which they missed when I took it in under warranty. ( they fixed the problem which was nothing) I just took it in for a state inspection only be told that I had a ripped boot on my front drive (C V joint) and the bill would be 890.00 dollars. I took it to a NTB and they looked it and said that's the clamp for boot was not made right and that the boot was not ripped. Please note the car only has 44,000 miles on it. And we purchased the car new and it has been babied from the start. We normally get 9 to 10 years out of a car due to the low miles and fact that we take care of it. I called the service manager at South Park Mitsubishi about the problem and told him that boot was ok and that it was not ripped just a poorly made clamp and that I was going to send the parts to Mitsubishi to review. I was told to take my business someplace else that they did not need my business, then he just hanged up on me. I did take my business elsewhere - NTB repaired the car for less half the cost of the dealer. It is sad to be ripped off by a new service manager and when you catch them with the price that was twice the cost and not the same problem that was told to you. I use to deal with the old service manager Mike and he always worked with me and did not over charge for repairs. I was told by NTB that oil / grease link on boot could have waited because of the low miles and use age. Oh have Outlander Sport that I can't get them to repair right. The Bluetooth radio will not work right it keeps locking up and I just give up trying to get them to fix it. And the Outlander Sport runs right when it wants too. I was told that's it normal for the shift funny and pro form poorly, Don't worry once my other Mitsubishi is out of warranty or I find a different car I will replace it. I learn my lesson my Mitsubishi is a second rate car company and that there warranty is the best because they just don't repair your car till you have to pay for it. Oh 48.00 dollars for a oil change!

While out of town, this dealer came to my home 25 miles away, picked up the car, repaired it, then returned washed and waxed. I cam home to a repaired, clean car. Phone calls & emails kept me advised to the progress. WOW !!!

I recently bought an eclipse from a used auto dealer. A few days after the purchase the service engine light came on. Turns out it was a catalytic converter. They used car dealership told me that it was under warranty and I had to have the work done at a dealership. Unfortunately this was on a Thursday and I was to move on Friday. South Park Mitsubishi was the only dealership in PA I could find that would fit me in to do the work on Friday. They were super nice and even washed the car for me when they were done despite the fact that it was raining anyway. I could say enough good things about these guys. Everybody in the service department was more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure my car was running correctly before I left!

Being a young girl living hours from home, I am not equipped to deal with car issues. I purchased my 09 eclipse from South Park Mitsubishi in 2009. So while I was home for the holidays and my car wouldn't start the day before New Years Eve (I was about 2 hours from Pittsburgh), South Park Mitsubishi was the first call I made. I was transferred to a guy in the service department named Steve. Although I was panicked and it was only an hour or so before the service department was closing, Steve very calmly walked me through some trouble shooting, gave me directions on what to do, and was absolutely wonderful in helping me through my car issues. My dad originally thought it was the starter, so Steve directed me to the Roadside Assistance number and told me what they would do, what to expect, and who to contact at the nearest dealership. When I contacted the nearest dealership (Sendell in Greensburg), they were not customer friendly, and only upset me. I needed to get back to Pittsburgh for work, etc. So about 3 or 4 calls to Steve later (during which I am sure he probably had things he needed to do to close up shop), Steve talked me and my dad through some troubleshooting and got the car to start. He was very patient and calm with me (which I am sure is difficult when dealing with a panicking young girl). He kindly notified me of some other things I could be doing (like a better grade of gasoline) to help keep my car running smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Steve and the Service department at South Park Mitsubishi to anyone looking for car service by people who care.

The vehicle was returned dirty, and the repairs were not completed when promised. Left several messages for the service depsrtment that went unaswered. When I picked up the vehicle, the bill was not for the amount that was agreed upon. When I tried to discuss the matter, I was treated very unprofessionally. This is a good place to stay away from.
