I brought my 2021 Promaster 2500 in for service on 11/21/25 with under 55k miles. The vehicle would not come out of 1st gear. 25 days later, they claimed that they replaced the transmission under warr 11/21/25 with under 55k miles. The vehicle would not come out of 1st gear. 25 days later, they claimed that they replaced the transmission under warranty. 6 days later and 90 miles we returned because again the transmission wouldn't come out of 1st gear. Justin Frazier assured us that the previous transmission has actually happened, and again replaced the transmission under warranty. Now less than 2 months later the vehicle will not move forward in Drive. More

I purchased a 2024 RAM 1500 from them that I have since traded in. I have been calling them since October 2nd trying to cancel my extended warranty and get refund fed the unused portion that I am entitled traded in. I left messages and have yet to receive a call back. I finally called sales and spoke with a sales manager. He wanted to put me through to a voicemail to leave a message. I explained this was not acceptable. He finally gave me a specific email I was told I was to email and they would send me the form I needed to complete. A few days went but and I received an email that stated the person that does this was off due to a family matter. While I am sorry to hear this, is there only one person at this dealership that does this? I have heard nothing else. I have even emailed the person who did finally email me back asking for an update and no response! The customer service e is horrible and I will never purchase a car from this dealership again! More

Received car with damage, already a bad start. This is my second oil change and both times it took hours for such a simple task, both times I was asked if I could leave the car and come back, inst This is my second oil change and both times it took hours for such a simple task, both times I was asked if I could leave the car and come back, instead of providing adequate service their go to move is to inconvenience the customer by taking multiple vehicles and making multiple trips for again a simple oil change. I was very impressed with the treatment of this dealership. Darnell Nunez was very polite, calm and patient. Went to the parts department and asked for mopar brand differential fluid and limited slip additive, they sold me a BG additive and said that is what they use in the service department. After changing the differential fluid and limited slip additive, they sold me a BG additive and said that is what they use in the service department. After changing the diff fluid I now have clutch chatter and noise from the rear end that has been progressively getting worse over the past week. They don't even carry the mopar brand additive and refused to give me a refund on the $15 additive, even as a goodwill gesture. I was willing to buy the mopar additive but they do not have it. I do not recommend this dealership! More

I flew from Albuquerque to Austin in December to purchase a used 2020 Jeep Gladiator from this dealer. Keep in mind this was just north of a $47,000 used vehicle purchase. When I purchased it they told me th a used 2020 Jeep Gladiator from this dealer. Keep in mind this was just north of a $47,000 used vehicle purchase. When I purchased it they told me they didn’t have the 2nd key fob but that they would get it from the previous owner and send it to me. I called the next day and told them that the wheel lock keys were also missing and that I would need them to get the tires off if I got a flat. I was told they would get me these as well. After nearly 4 months of continuous follow up with them for the key fob and wheel lock keys they are stating that they can’t get in touch with the previous owner and that all used vehicles are sold as is. WHAT? I was then told that I will just have to purchase the key fob and wheel locks from a local dealer which is going to cost me around another $500. No discount or help of any kind. Now they are ghosting me and not replying to any of my emails. Buyers beware of this dealership! They do not stand behind their promises made to their clients. If you do buy from them get everything in writing at the time of purchase. I am going to be purchasing Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for my wife in the very near future but this dealership will NOT be a consideration when I do. More
