Unfortunate as I had a great experience purchase other vehicles from sales reps that are no longer there. More
Dishonest, and unprofessional. They will lie and cheat, and steal from the public. Unorganized crime. Unethical and immoral. They will lie and cheat, and steal from the public. Unorganized crime. Unethical and immoral. More
Received car with damage, already a bad start. They also charge a premium for this pathetic service. I'm back less than 30 minutes later because the simple work was done wrong. More
I was very impressed with the treatment of this dealership. Darnell Nunez was very polite, calm and patient. He and the finance person went out of their way to get me a good deal on a reasonable mo dealership. Darnell Nunez was very polite, calm and patient. He and the finance person went out of their way to get me a good deal on a reasonable monthly payment and warranty. Very quick to get financed here. It took them less then an hour and drove home very happy with my purchase. More
Bought my 2500 tradesman in October told multiple times TWO free oil changes. Service department has this information. Today went in for oil change and a recall. Told today that my $55000 truck did not qu TWO free oil changes. Service department has this information. Today went in for oil change and a recall. Told today that my $55000 truck did not qualify for free oil changes because it is just the low end of the model, So it cost me $150 for my free oil change and 4 hours of my time, Sales manager tells me my salesman that was new when I bought it that he is no longer here, because of things like this. He could have easily made a happy customer by honoring his salesman mistake, So I paid, for my oil change, if only 1 person does not buy from them because of this review they lose more money then what the would have lost by honoring an oil change. Went to the parts department and asked for mopar brand differential fluid and limited slip additive, they sold me a BG additive and said that is what they use in the service department. After changing the differential fluid and limited slip additive, they sold me a BG additive and said that is what they use in the service department. After changing the diff fluid I now have clutch chatter and noise from the rear end that has been progressively getting worse over the past week. They don't even carry the mopar brand additive and refused to give me a refund on the $15 additive, even as a goodwill gesture. I was willing to buy the mopar additive but they do not have it. I do not recommend this dealership! More
I flew from Albuquerque to Austin in December to purchase a used 2020 Jeep Gladiator from this dealer. Keep in mind this was just north of a $47,000 used vehicle purchase. When I purchased it they told me th a used 2020 Jeep Gladiator from this dealer. Keep in mind this was just north of a $47,000 used vehicle purchase. When I purchased it they told me they didn’t have the 2nd key fob but that they would get it from the previous owner and send it to me. I called the next day and told them that the wheel lock keys were also missing and that I would need them to get the tires off if I got a flat. I was told they would get me these as well. After nearly 4 months of continuous follow up with them for the key fob and wheel lock keys they are stating that they can’t get in touch with the previous owner and that all used vehicles are sold as is. WHAT? I was then told that I will just have to purchase the key fob and wheel locks from a local dealer which is going to cost me around another $500. No discount or help of any kind. Now they are ghosting me and not replying to any of my emails. Buyers beware of this dealership! They do not stand behind their promises made to their clients. If you do buy from them get everything in writing at the time of purchase. I am going to be purchasing Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for my wife in the very near future but this dealership will NOT be a consideration when I do. More
Still waiting on the results of that electrical diagnosis from LAST YEAR that I paid $200 for.......considering you misdiagnosed it, I have begun to wonder, over the past year of trying to get some sort of d from LAST YEAR that I paid $200 for.......considering you misdiagnosed it, I have begun to wonder, over the past year of trying to get some sort of documentation, if you really did anything at all...well, hopefully, Ivin Turner, you sorry excuse for a ......whatever it is you do ......everything comes out this year, considering I've filed so many complaints with bureaus and agencies and associations....you might be too busy to get me the actual paperwork. People, stay far away from this dealership. They are involved in things that you wouldn't believe. But exposure is right around the corner. And it's going to be EPIC. More
We were blindsided with unprofessionalism and left in disbelief!! Take my warning and stay far away from this dealership! After working 6 days in coming to an agreement, shaking hands, and immediately disbelief!! Take my warning and stay far away from this dealership! After working 6 days in coming to an agreement, shaking hands, and immediately filling out credit applications the GSM, Nico Cerza, decided to accept a check from a customer that had just arrived to the store. When you’re two weeks away from having your first child and in the process of making the second largest purchase of your lifetime to haul your new family, you hope you’re in good hands. Nico is far from that, and chose an unethical, selfish, and shameless approach in accepting this second customer’s check prior to our right of refusal. We had a deal made that was violently swept out from under our feet without so much of a bat of an eye, and with clear disregard for their snuffing of us and our agreement. As I write this, I’m still in the state of disbelief and in shock. How could this happen? How could this be allowed? Will there be any accountability for their (Nico’s) unethical actions? Our salesperson couldn’t believe it was happening, either! He was a collateral victim in this, too, and deserves a better place of employment. Consequently, I am left with a 38 week pregnant wife and with little to no hopes of finding a like-equipped Grand Cherokee L that is comparable to the one we had dedicated to with our engagement. This brings a great deal of stress to both my wife and I. We are extremely upset over the outcome that the leadership of South Point Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM has not just allowed, but shamelessly defended. Trust me when I say you should find a more deserving, ethical, and honest dealership to spend your hard-earned money with! More
