Second visit to dealership for oil change on Ram. Service drive at 10 am crowded with cars parked in 2 of 3 lanes. Service writer was friendly but new and not well trained. Only 2 people in lounge with crow drive at 10 am crowded with cars parked in 2 of 3 lanes. Service writer was friendly but new and not well trained. Only 2 people in lounge with crowded Service lanes. Poorly managed. No printout for 22 point checkup. Settings changed on truck and not returned to my setting. Tires not checked and low on air. Overall a poor look and experience for a customer that bought his truck from this dealership. Wasn’t like this 2 years ago. Needs immediate help with appearance of staff and organization of drive. Again the service writer was the best part of the visit. More
