My vehicle was towed to the service department due to insurance requirements that it be taken to the closest dealership available. Communication was contradictory and sporadic. I was initially informed my vehicle would be looked at the next morning. I was then told I had an appointment two days later. Communication fell off after that. Despite calling and texting the number provided. I received a call from my service manager only after I was rerouted to customer relations apologizing that my initial advisor had gotten ill. It was quite frustrating that nobody reached out to let me know. I was unaware that the diagnostic had been completed and sitting there for days. Although Anthony manage the situation and provided excellent communication on the tail end, overall it was a frustrating and disappointing experience More

There is a lot to like but also some changes that should be made. If you have an addendum changing the price of your vehicle from the manufactures sticker that should be made clear upfront and not sprung on be made. Also if someone has perfect credit there is no reason to send them through multiple financial institutions and Have their credit pulled over 3 to 6 times. The manager I dealt with was genuine but the salesperson seemed new or not on top of things even though he had been there over a year. The finance guy did a great job other than all the credit pulls. And they had a vehicle no one else had or could get for me. So some great some improvement needed. Overall I would send someone in with the issues I had made aware to them. More
