Previous South Pointe customer gets TERRIBLE TREATMENT We went in to look at a 2008 Jeep that they had on their used lot. Drove the Jeep, radio didn't work, interior lights didn't work. Made them an offer We went in to look at a 2008 Jeep that they had on their used lot. Drove the Jeep, radio didn't work, interior lights didn't work. Made them an offer on the Jeep, that was reasonable and was told "we'll get back to you". Got a call back, less than 48 hours later and was told "we sold the Jeep last night, someone offered more money and we sold it". Keep in mind, I had bought 2 vehicles from this dealership less than 2 years ago. However, their used car sales manager is a "Jeep Guy and thinks they're gold". First off, it was a 2008 with 90k+ miles. New, this sold for around $19,000, they were asking $17,195 for it. I will never step foot back on a South Pointe dealership and would advise others, unless you're willing to get treated like dirt, to stay away too. Again, I was a returning South Pointe customer, but they have no loyalty to previous customers at all. All they see is $$ signs. I'm sure there won't be too many people that read this review, but I GUARANTEE there will be plenty of people that hear my voice when I say "STAY AWAY FROM SOUTH POINTE DEALERSHIPS!!!" More

I have nothing good to say about South Point Honda! They lied to me when I purchased my car saying nothing major was wrong no I'm in a heck of a mess and stuck with a car that doesn't run. More

I marked down one star for two reasons: 1) the financing process was much more drawn out than necessary and the financing guy was too persistent about trying to change our minds about extended warranty; in addition, the location of the financing office is run down, crappy and dirty couches, mold on the ceiling- very run down and not what I liked to look at when sitting to wait and pay $30k for a vehicle. 2) I came back 5 days after purchase to have remote starter installed and when I picked up that evening (Jay our specific sales person was unavailable), I was just handed my keys and told "the manual is in the car" and sent home. I would have really appreciated instruction on how to use/operate the new remote but it seemed like they were just trying to get rid of me. Overall, not that big of a deal, but I expected better. I have been back a couple of times since then for minor issues and Jay and Rick have helped very much with no problems. Overall I am pleased. More
