Update to previous review. Within 20 minutes of posting, sales Manager, Clay Shafer, called me. Long story made short, by talking to Clay, we were able to discuss and resolve the issues that I dealt with, causing the initial review. Thanks to Clay's call and professionalism, I was able to go back and do business with the South Pointe family and purchase a Jeep from the Chevrolet used sales department. Clay saved a customer and unfortunately, I can't delete the previous review, but I can add a new review. Thanks to Clay (Honda), Shane and Daryn (Chevrolet) for all they did after a shaky start.
