thWhen I picked up the car the problem I complained about immediately showed on the display so it was obvious that the car was not checked before it was returned to me. Additionally the part to fix the problem had been in the dealers possesion for 6 months but due to poor communications I was not informed about this until I was called to the dealer for inspection.and a mfgs recall. The recall was for a software upgrade for a condition with the anti collision system where the car would emergency brake at odd times for no reason. I had previously complained to the dealer about this, they tested the system and found that it was working perfectly. Then the recall letter from Hyundai arrived. My trust in the dealer is shot and though this is my 4th Hyundai I will look at other brands for my next car. The 2 star review is some what generous. This car, a 2025 Tucson SEL with the convenience package has a host of other problems that don't help either but that is a different issue. More
