Every time i go to this dealership the customer service is not the best. Also they take a long time for a simple service. I waited almost three hours to get an oil change. This review is with regard to Nicholas: Complete disregard to what I mentioned about issues regarding the vehicle. Could not find him anywhere to ask follow up about the issues I had questions for. disregard to what I mentioned about issues regarding the vehicle. Could not find him anywhere to ask follow up about the issues I had questions for. When I asked after the completion of work, he responded with I don't know. He even handed me the wrong papers to sign and when I asked this isn't my vehicles papers he responded "where did you get that I never handed them to you", how else would I have gotten those papers and why would I pick up someone else's papers which had a bigger bill than mine? Overall absolutely terrible experience and will not be coming to this dealership again. More

Ok later bc I'm busy now I asked for one tire and horn but after 3 hours they saying $2300+ need for 4 tires and hvac and alignments,then I tell her I want only 1 tire and horn please,then sad thing is I but after 3 hours they saying $2300+ need for 4 tires and hvac and alignments,then I tell her I want only 1 tire and horn please,then sad thing is I got my car ready after more than 6 hours More
