He made an apt for my service.even though I won’t come due to the insensitive Mgr he tried to introduce me to plus I live 3 hours away but I’m from Dallas . True professionals and no doubt incalculable assets to the Dealership. When going into the Finance Dept, I’ve never purchased any type additional extended coverage because with Toyota I’ve never needed it. But, during this purchase, I broke a 30 year tradition and purchased a wheel/tire damage warranty extension which will more than pay for itself if I hit one pothole in the road and it added only $3.00 to our monthly payment. So keep an open mind, listen intently to the Finance rep offers of various extended warranty options. Kudos to Mark for clarifying situations that can save me bigs bucks for minimal bucks!!!!
