Worst Service Ever When I went to pick up my car I wasn't greeted by anyone for 10 min. As I was waiting I observed 4 services personal talking with each other when they When I went to pick up my car I wasn't greeted by anyone for 10 min. As I was waiting I observed 4 services personal talking with each other when they could of been helping me. Finally someone who was working with another coustimer said I will be with you in a moment and ask one of the other service guys to help me. Ten more min went by and then I was helped asked my last name and was told they couldn't find my ticket and was I sure it was ready. 2nore services personal were asked gave you seen this ticket can you call her rep who was off and see were it is he stated he usually keeps them over there did you check. Another 15 min went by and I was told to come back when my service rep was there. Then as I was walking out the door someone called to me and said I found you ticket in a pile we were looking in the wrong one . I paid my money and was told that the car would be out side and had been washed got me. As I was walking out the door a service rep. Who had tried to help me said it was his first week which really didn't matter to my service was beyond poor. my car wasn't clean and had foot prints in the floor and side getting into driver side . More

Charged Unauthorized charges to our credit card We had a gentleman take his car to Atkinson Toyota and they said they would have his car fixed in 3 days and I authorized them to charge our credit ca We had a gentleman take his car to Atkinson Toyota and they said they would have his car fixed in 3 days and I authorized them to charge our credit card for only 3 days of use for a rental car for $35 a day. When we received our credit card statement they were still charging our card and they did so for 22 days! Amazingly, the car part they said they were waiting on came in and the car was fixed on the day I said I would no longer pay. The rental car manager was very rude and he was the person I gave authorization to charge for 3 days but he denied knowing that. I feel they were very dishonest with me. I tried calling the General Manager about 15 times but he never called me back. More

Excellent Service and Fair Price Rafat provides excellent service and is very professional, He takes the time to explain what actions are needed to maintain or repair your vehicle an Rafat provides excellent service and is very professional, He takes the time to explain what actions are needed to maintain or repair your vehicle and that you understand what is being done to your car, and informs me of upcoming maintenance items that will require attention (i.e tires will need replacing by next service interval) so I can plan ahead. Rafat has handled from routine vehicle maintenance up to a major repair, all with the same level service and professionalism. (Vehicles: Camry, Prius, & Tacoma) These experiences with Atkinson and Rafat has earned my trust .but also earned the trust of my in-laws as well. The service techs need acknowledgement has they not only do great work (we have never have had to take a vehicle back for a redo) but they also have completed repairing my vehicles ahead of time promised. More
