We contacted SW Ford about a transmission software recall. I received a prompt return call and scheduled mobile service. I misunderstood the scheduled date and when the technician didn’t arriv recall. I received a prompt return call and scheduled mobile service. The technician did arrive on the actual scheduled date , exactly on time. He was courteous and installed the update. I would give the technician 5 stars, the dealership 3 for the failure to call back. More
