I took my 2017 F-250 into Southwest Ford to get the oil changed. I had purchased the enhanced service agreement when I bought the truck. This time they were very prompt in getting my oil changed. However after getting home and looking at the paperwork I realized that it was a bill. When I called to ask about the mistake the customer service manager was a little less than pleasant and kept repeating that he could not understand why I was even calling as his records showed that didn’t owe anything. As I tried to explain my reasoning for the call. He seemed as if he could not comprehend why I would even be calling about something that I didn’t owe or that he didn’t believe me about the paperwork that I was given at their shop. This an ongoing problem with this dealership. They just can’t seem to get their right hand and their left hand together on the same page. Word of advice to anyone doing business with them double check every detail before you go in and again when you are ready to leave. But do this check before you even get your vehicle. More
