I took my F250 in for front end suspension repairs and was the first one in the doors. Within 15 minutes I was in my shuttle ride home. Customer Service Dept, is the worst in DFW. They do not honor paid contract services, and it’s always a hassle to get, even minor things accomplished. Additionally, oil change and minor recall took 8 hour honor paid contract services, and it’s always a hassle to get, even minor things accomplished.
