Got a service appointment to address a recall. I purchased a 2022 Ford Ranger in May of 2022. I visited with Joe Houck and made a deal with him. I wanted to transfer the oil changes and service to a dealership they had just purchased in the to I visited with Joe Houck and made a deal with him. I contacted the local dealership and they told me they couldn't do that and I would need to get the service where I purchased the vehicle. I contacted Joe Houck and told him the situation and he said to tell them to contact him if they had any questions. I made an appointment and went to service the vehicle and I was in and out in 45 minutes and everything was great.
