Jimmy and the other Service Manger took care of me. They knew of the issue my vehicle was having and informed me of how long it could potentially take in repairing. Thankfully my issue was covered under my warranty. I was also provided a loaner vehicle to rent as they worked on mine. Jimmy took care of this also by saying my rental fee is no charge. That was such a blessing to me. My experience was a great one with this visit. More

I like the dealership and really liked Kelli. She was very friendly and efficient. I didn't like being told my tires were the problem. My car only has 14,500 miles and tires have been rotated. Showed up a @9 Am for an oil change in my Pilot. These are first come first served. I was told it would probably be over an hour of wait time which I said was fine. I was used to having an appointment at another local dealer and being ther 2-3 hours. It was approximately an hour and fifteen minutes and the service coordinator was apologizing for the extra wait which was not a problem. Super nice staff and efficient. More
