We were greeted warmly when we arrived at Southeastern Honda by Robert and Gina. Robert was very helpful and patient in doing the test drives with my granddaughter. We weren’t happy with our first choice Honda by Robert and Gina. Robert was very helpful and patient in doing the test drives with my granddaughter. We weren’t happy with our first choice but Robert showed us another car that we picked previously from their inventory. I then test drove both cars with my granddaughter and we decided on our second choice. There was no pressure at all during the negotiation. The closing went very well with the finance person who was professional and did not apply any pressure to accept any options. I strongly recommend you do all your research and negotiation before visiting the dealership and always have a second choice for a car. The communications and negotiations with the salesperson before we went to the dealership was excellent and resulted in saving a lot of time for everyone. More
