Having just left the high pressure sales approach in fort lauderdale it was truly a pleasure to deal with Nick at Southeastern. He was friendly, honest and true to his word from the time I first stepped on t lauderdale it was truly a pleasure to deal with Nick at Southeastern. He was friendly, honest and true to his word from the time I first stepped on the the property through the whole purchasing process. He made this truly a pleasurable experience. These ratings of 5 were not high enough. I should give him a 6 out of a possible 5. I see no reason to ever go anywhere else for the purchase of a new car. THANKS NICK !!!!! More

The general manager, John Molloy, was very professional and pleasant to deal and work with and gave me the best deal with out all the BS I had receved at all the other Honda dealers in the area. Bob Dolan at Southeastern Honda is the only salesman I'll ever buy from again I will send all my friends and family to see Bob when purchasing a new car. Thanks again, Bob and John Alan Broder More
Amazing how one individual's attitude can destroy one's perception of a car dealer. I hadn't been to Southeastern in a while until this week, but over the years I've purchased four Hondas from them w one's perception of a car dealer. I hadn't been to Southeastern in a while until this week, but over the years I've purchased four Hondas from them without incident. I took an odometer disclosure form in that needed to be completed in order to register a Honda I'd bought new from them earlier but, being unfamiliar with the form, was remiss in getting it signed correctly, necessitating a second trip. I learned about my mistake after sitting in line at the DMV for two hours, but the DMV lady told me that if I could bring back the signed form in 30 minutes I would not have to start all over- so naturally I was in a bit of a hurry. I called southeastern en route to explain my situation and sense of urgency, and was assured that there would be someone immediately available to give me a simple signature (on a form they'd otherwise completed the day before). What I actually encountered was a wall of blank stares, interrupted only by one arrogant individual who alternatively lectured me on how the dealership wasn't the appropriate party to complete the form; and wondering out loud why I seemed to be a little upset. I'm guessing this was the sales manager or GM demonstrating to his (largely unoccupied) team how you deal with distressed individuals who are there on a mission that doesn't happen to involve buying a new vehicle, but he ultimately gestured upstairs to an (empty) finance office, whereupon I wandered around until I came across someone willing to sign the form. This could have been accomplished in less than 30 seconds instead of 10 minutes, 9 of which were consumed in being treated like some kind of nuisance by this one guy. I have four vehicles; 3 are Hondas; and I trade in one of them about every 15 months. I retired at the age of 46 and split my time between Indialantic and Asheville, and I am relatively certain I will be treated with a little more empathy and respect by just about any other Honda dealer. My relationship with Southeastern goes back 15 years. It is over. More
We found Nick George, Sales Consultant, to be honest, polite, and courteous. We told him the price range, and vehicle, we were interested in and he satisfied our needs. When we return for Service, he is polite, and courteous. We told him the price range, and vehicle, we were interested in and he satisfied our needs. We've gone to a number of Honda Dealers and have never had the positive experience we've had at South Eastern Honda! More

Nick George came up to us & greeted us in a sincerely friendly & interested attitude. He showed us several models & we took a demo. ride with him. Once we established a price we decided we couldn't afford that particular model he showed us a diff. one that we did buy. He was very helpful in explaining the features & how to set-up them up. I even called him on a couple of occasions to ask questions which he answered without hesitation. Overall, our experience was excellent. Thank you Nick George. Gary & Theresa White. More
I had a wonderful buying experience when I had bought my 1998 Odyssey New in 1997. I had all the required maintenance done with them and never had a problem until they expanded. I had dropped off my 1998 Od 1998 Odyssey New in 1997. I had all the required maintenance done with them and never had a problem until they expanded. I had dropped off my 1998 Odyssey because I was having intermittent starting issues on cold days and my check engine light was on. My battery was still good cause the car would start when jumped. I brought it in to have them figure what was wrong with the car. I agreed to leave it over night so they could try to replicate the problem. I called the next day around 10:40 and spoke to my service adviser Randall. I was told that his technician was not able to replicate the starting problem but they were in the process of diagnosing the "check engine" issue and will call me with what they find. I waited until 1:30 to call back and check for an update. I was told by the service operator that Randall was busy with another customer and she took my number so she could leave him a note to call me back. By 3 pm I still did not hear anything back, I called again. By this time the service operator knew who I was and personally checked on the status of my car and told me it was on HOLD. She went to find Randall and find out why it was on hold, but of course he was busy with another customer and will call me back. So I patiently waited until 5 pm and called back hoping to find progress. No such luck, but I did get to speak to Randall... and all I got from him was " I had called you 2 hours ago but it went to voice mail... We weren't able to replicate the starting issue". That just pushed me over the edge because I NEVER got a call. They never bother to further investigate the "check engine issue". I asked to speak to the service manager, but was told he had left for the day. I just told him to have the van ready because I was going to pick it up. So much for being a loyal customer. They use to have such great customer service, but since the expansion all they care about is profit. Unless you have a newer car or interested in buying car, you will be treated as a nuisance. I will NEVER go back there nor will I EVER recommend anyone to go there. More
I had been in the market for a new car for approximately 6 months. I thought I was looking for a premium used vehicle. I test drove numerous luxury brands before sitting in the 2014 Accord EX-L. Honestly, 6 months. I thought I was looking for a premium used vehicle. I test drove numerous luxury brands before sitting in the 2014 Accord EX-L. Honestly, I didn't want to like the car. I've owned four Honda's, including most recently a 2005 Honda Civic. After driving the new Accord, I'd come to realize that it is every bit as luxury as any car that I tested for 2/3 the price! My wife and I had planned to purchase the vehicle from a local dealership in Orlando, but after getting the run-around by that sales person we reached out to Southeastern Honda. I'm glad we did! Bob Dolan and the Southeastern Honda staff were so pleasant to work with and made the car buying process extremely simple. I told Bob over the phone the color and model I wanted; he checked the inventory and personally sat in the particular vehicle. He gave me the price over the phone - a price that was less than what I was expecting to get after hours of negotiating at other dealerships. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the price was exactly as advertised and we were out the door in a spotless and fueled Accord EX-L in less than an hour! If you are in the market for a Honda, I'd strongly recommend considering Southeastern Honda. More
