Went to southeastern Honda to test drive a cr-v before driving across the state to get it at a set price(which I appreciated not having to haggle.) After the test drive Derrick asked if i wanted to have driving across the state to get it at a set price(which I appreciated not having to haggle.) After the test drive Derrick asked if i wanted to have them quote me a price, which felt very no-pressure. They did and were able to quote a slightly lower price and give a fair amount for the trade in and save me a 3 hour drive. They tried to sell the add on's but did not persist after I declined. Derrick assisted me from beginning to end and at the end of the day i am happy about the new car and the price I paid for it. More

My wife, Linda, and I were very pleased with Salesman Dan Haggard in purchasing the car. He was very professional and very easy to work with. When we took the car for a test drive, Dan explained all the features that the car had. Dan took care of the additional options we purchased on a timely basis and called us when the car was ready. He made it very easy for us to pickup the car and drive it off the lot in a matter of 10 minutes after our arrival. Director of Finance Howard Gorman was very personable and efficient in reviewing all of the documentation necessary to finance the car. He was very thorough in explaining the numerous documents presented and made sure we had a complete understanding of what we were signing. Upon picking the car up after the options had been added, Howard was very cordial and made it a point to greet us when we walked into the showroom to ask for Dan. We appreciated the service rendered form both Dan and Howard who actually made our car buying experience a pleasant one which is contrary to other experiences we have had. Linda and I were satisfied with the service as well as the price for the car and would recommend Dan and Howard to anyone looking for a new car. More

Went to Honda to possibly purchase a car in May. Did my research and knew what my trade was worth and what the dealer had in the new CRV. Tried to work them down more but they related that was there best price first (my wife loved that, no negotiation). Derrick was fantastic, very informative and helped me every step of the way.
