The dealership was very clean and nice even though they were in the middle of a renovation. The salesman was very helpful and fully explained the vehicle we wanted. We did not feel pressured to buy on th were in the middle of a renovation. The salesman was very helpful and fully explained the vehicle we wanted. We did not feel pressured to buy on the spot and ttest drove the van we wanted. We really enjoyed the lack of haggling and negotiation that we have experienced in the past with other car dealers. We received a fair price for our trade-in and a fair price for the new van we were buying. I would definitely go back to Southeastern Honda in the future. More

I didn't have to waste my time searching the lot for the best vehicle. I talked to the salesperson beforehand discussing what I wanted. He kept his eyes peeled for the right vehicle and when it arrived, he best vehicle. I talked to the salesperson beforehand discussing what I wanted. He kept his eyes peeled for the right vehicle and when it arrived, he told me about it first then showed it to me. It had everything I wanted and the price was reasonable. Therefore, the time I spent at the dealership was minimal which was important and I appreciate the respect I received about my time. This is the second time I purchased a vehicle here, so the whole process went even faster. I have my vehicle serviced at this location as well and I am friends with many people there. More

Working with David could have never been more of a pleasure. Upon greeting us he had a Friendly smile and immediately he found what what we needed and what was in our price range and he went in for th pleasure. He was able to find us a GREAT car at a great price and it did not stop there. His friendliness and smile was able to keep us comforted and calm during the approving process - which at times could be nerve racking for customers. David was able to keep us well informed in each process and kept our minds at ease. David even went as far as going the extra 3 miles just to insure that we were well taken care of or whom ever he went in our care was the best of the best. it is now going on a week that we have purchased this car and it is by the far the best thing we have done thus far and if it wasn't for David i don't believe we would have this car or the great services that took part in the process leading up to purchasing this vehicle. Since i have left i have gotten great compliments on the car and all i could rant and rave about is how great David was able to get us this car and his great services. i have spread his name and number to a lot of my friends and they should be coming in soon to buy new cars all thanks to David. This is my second Honda Odyssey and like my 2003 I really do love the quality of this car. I so enjoy driving it with all it's extras that help my life to be more peaceful. Whenever I bring along my grandchildren they love the entertainment system and being able to enjoy the theater seating. This car is very comfortable. The dealership employees were all very pleasant and helpful. David Hyatt really knew this car and was very patient with me explaining all the things that came with my vehicle. The financial dept. worked with me and my Husband and I was very satisfied with how they handled this part of the transaction, especially since we had done all our homework before coming into the dealership. Chose this dealership based upon research done via Zag.com. Called in advance to obtain specific information about an "out the door" price as a cash deal - no trade. They gave me an outstanding price and were willing to back it up in writing if I so desired! I traveled 60 miles to pick up my car and pay for it. Slight mixup in the price but they corrected it instantly and offered an apology. No headaches when we went to pay for the vehicle in the F&I (Finance and Insurance) Department. They offered the obligatory extended warranties, etc but did not pressure when I declined. I only do deals with dealers that do business this way. As someone who has been in the auto business in the past, Southeastern Honda is a dealership that I would have loved to work for because obviously their system is excellent! More
