I live in another state and was trying to help my elderly parents purchase a new vehicle. We have never experienced service and consideration like we received from this dealership and Mr. David Hyatt. He parents purchase a new vehicle. We have never experienced service and consideration like we received from this dealership and Mr. David Hyatt. He actually drove the car to my parents home and allowed them to take it for a ride, then he did all the vehicle transfer from their home, delivered the car to them and offered to pick it up from them if there was ever a problem. Never have I heard of this kind of service. He went above and beyond anything any customer service. I would recommend this fine gentleman and this dealership to anyone who wants honesty,integrity and amazing service. I rate them at the top of the line. Thank you again Mr. Hyatt. More

I had sent a request for info via the internet and was called the next day by Angel Ortiz who set me up with an appointment the same day. I already had a car in mind the CR-Z and during the test drive An called the next day by Angel Ortiz who set me up with an appointment the same day. I had a great experience at Southeastern Honda. We were greeted promptly and courteously by Angel. I was impressed that we were not pressured by Angel and that he did not say anything negative about the o greeted promptly and courteously by Angel. I was impressed that we were not pressured by Angel and that he did not say anything negative about the other competing car that we were considering. We were given a lot of help while looking at all of the features of the car and found that Angel talked "just enough" during the test drive. The price negotiations were comfortable and respectful. The finance department was swift with processing the loan, explaining our warrantee options and getting us out of there as quickly as possible. I love my new Honda. Thank you Angel for making our special day all that more special. More

David Hyatt was very courteous, understanding of our situation, and knowledgeable. He met us as we drove into the dealership parking area, offered a hearty welcome, and asked us what we had in mind. We told him and he took us right to the car that best met our description. He was not pushy, rather told us about the features of the car. He helped us in negotiating a price. When we were in the process of filling out the paper work, a new Honda Accord was driven into the showroom and parked right beside me! It immediately caught my eye. I told David I thought I would prefer buying the new car. "No problem. We will just scrap the paper work and start over." He was pleasant through the whole process. My wife and I wound up driving a new car off the show room floor rather than the pre-owned car we were about to purchase. Thanks to David and Tony, the Sales Manager, we are happy with the Honda Accord. Thus the five "great" stars. More
