Worst service department in the entire state. They have very inexperienced staff, rude mechanics and a service manager that could care less. I will never take my car back to this dealership and I have liv very inexperienced staff, rude mechanics and a service manager that could care less. I was told my car was not covered for a warranty repair and that there was nothing they could do, and they could not even diagnose the problem correctly. I took my car then right up to Space Coast Honda in Cocoa and I was promptly greeted, treated like a human being and my car was repaired under warranty NO CHARGE. The salesman mis-stated the price and the sales manager was rude so we (My wife Cindy) left to go home to Grant. We were passing Southeastern and I thought I will see If we can deal with them! Out salesman was Mr. Denmark and he turned me into a Honda Man! He was straight forward and answered our questions and was considerate - we ended up buying a 2006 Civic LX that day. We got a fair price on the Civic and the trade in! We have since bought two more vehicles from Mr.Denmark/Southeastern (2009CRV-2011-CRV)! I like the dealership and in particular like and respect Mr. Denmark and refer all of my friends to him that are interested in a new car and are considering a Honda!
