Gus was very knowledgeable on features of vehicles. The closing and paperwork took longer than it should have. We had explained that we were out of state and what the tax rate was there but the initial The closing and paperwork took longer than it should have. Additionally the Honda Rebate was based on financing the vehicle, but we were cash buyers. The manager did come through by matching the rebate by reducing the price.
