Previous review: Disappointing, poor experience with the service department. We brought our daughter's 2014 Camry for scheduled maintenance, which was fine. However, while waiting, we were pressured to consider a trade in by a lurking, aggressive saleswoman. Upon leaving the center, the radio/infotainment system-which was working when we came in-was inoperable. Went back immediately, but the techs had all gone home. Returned the next day and waited 2 hours to be told the system had completely failed. Completely failed, while in their service department. Spoke to the service manager who refused to make it right. The best he could do was $900 for a used replacement. We've purchased one vehicle there and have brought 2 for service. Never again. Beware of predatory practices here. More

We used this dealership before for my wife’s Lexus’s oil change. Of course, the tech inspected the vehicle for other issues. He sent recommendations and photos of thousands worth of work that needed immedia change. Of course, the tech inspected the vehicle for other issues. However, he seemed to have used old photos from a previous inspection in December 2025, because we had already had most of that work done somewhere else. We took the vehicle to the shop that did the repairs and the mechanic took current photos showing proof the work his team had completed in May ‘26. Had we taken the technician at his word that he sent us photos from his inspection on that day, we would have been out thousands of dollars. It may not be this technician’s or the dealership’s common practice, but we will never recommend this dealership to anyone for service. More
