Got my car worked on in September. It was supposed to only take a week to be finished turned into 2 weeks. Poor communication with the customers And the icing on the cake When I went to go pick it up the only take a week to be finished turned into 2 weeks. Causing my To get flooded with water Took another two weeks to get cleaned. Would not recommend anybody to get service at this dealership. More

My history with this dealer start when we decided to buy an used Mercedes Benz C 300 2017 on November 21/2021 next day we realized the the radio has no audio , and the check engine come on so I take the car an used Mercedes Benz C 300 2017 on November 21/2021 next day we realized the the radio has no audio , and the check engine come on so I take the car back to the dealer , they try to fix the car but they don’t have the knowledge and necessary equipment to fix it so I made an appointment for Friday December 10 , I left the car on Toyota dealer I call every single day for updates and nothing on Wednesday 15 I drive to the dealer and pick the car myself car still not being fixed they really don’t give xxxx I don’t Recommend no one to buy cars in this dealer More

I have worked w/ Mr. Delgado in the past when we needed a new vehicle for my wife, very professional and helpful. This time my wife and I were looking for a new car for me. We had a unique request, a Toyota new vehicle for my wife, very professional and helpful. This time my wife and I were looking for a new car for me. We had a unique request, a Toyota Supra. Mr. Delgado did not have one available at the moment, however they were able to find an exact spec (3.0 Premium), was available in white, we had discussed pricing w/ Mr. Delgado and Mr. Cutler, including warranty and financing with Finance manager Vince. All very professional. I was also assured a Supra Tech is there for servicing the vehicle. After about a week or so, we were informed the vehicle had arrived. We went, filled out the paperwork as previously discussed regarding pricing and warranties. Thank you all very much. More

Walk away, they are cheats! We look for a Chevy Colorado for weeks. Finally found one, husband happy he works hard and needs a good truck. The next day check engine light comes on, we told the car in draggi for weeks. Finally found one, husband happy he works hard and needs a good truck. Two weeks later we have to take it back again, at this point hubby is mad and tells them to take truck back. He ends up trading for a Toyota Tacoma, this car was more money, more miles and 2 years older. He didn't take me with him because he knew I would have walked away with no car. I would have never bought another car from this place. Shading as xxxx, truck he got has rust, dirty inside they didn't even clean and not what he wanted. He was over all of it and just wanted it over, so he bought it. More
