Great customer service!! While in the market for a new vehicle, i spent what seemed like hours searching up and down autotrader for the right car. I stumbled across 441 Toyota While in the market for a new vehicle, i spent what seemed like hours searching up and down autotrader for the right car. I stumbled across 441 Toyota as i extended my mile radius and it was well worth it! Hector made me feel like I was at home compared to my past experiences with car salesmen. From the moment i began to walk the lot he approached me in a calm, yet sincere manner. He wasn’t overly impassioned to the point it turns you off. Hector greeted me, broke the ice before directly jumping into the subject at hand. I explained to him how i saw this vehicle online and was quite interested, but wanted to see in person before i made the final decision. We strolled over to the vehicle and it was as solid as it appeared to be online! The car was clean, didn’t smell like cigarettes, was all around what i expected and i got it. We decided to take it for a test drive and i fell in love with it even more. Hector explained so much about the vehicle that I did not remember myself. He is a real CarGuru! Long story short, I ended up purchasing the car at a very comfortable interest rate. I told Hector I would bring all of my family and friends to him as he deserves it! More
