He was very courteous and I told him we were not quite ready to return the car but that when we were I would look him up. We went to Southern 441 Toyota since our previous experiences were positive with this location. We did not go to the showroom with the thought of signing a new lease that night but to look and keep our options open. However, I have had previous Rav 4s and have loved each one of them. We looked at the Nissan Rogue that same night before going to Toyota. I wanted to keep my options open, however, I still felt I wanted a Rav 4 again. I like the shape and visibility of the Rav 4. We looked at several Rav 4s and I liked the XLE with the dark gray exterior. It came with a lot of extra features including the navigation which I did not have before. We came into the showroom with a price in mind and walked out with leasing the car at the price we wanted. From the minute we met Alvaro we were impressed with his professionalism, expertise of the vehicle and how courteous he was to his customer. He met our needs and we are very happy driving the car. I went there because I was driving by, saw a billboard noting they were under new ownership and thought I’d give them a try to have my brakes checked. This was my first visit. I was greeted by ‘Lou’ with a smile, a firm handshake, and a request to determine my needs. He and his co-workers quickly built rapport. I was so impressed with their service that I had them not only check my brakes, which was free, but change my oil and—upon their recommendation—change my air filter as well. They showed me my air filter and I was shocked by how dirty it was, including little bugs in the folds. While I was there I stopped by the parts department to kill time and see what they had and I started talking to ‘Rick’ behind the counter who was also very cordial and couldn’t have been more helpful in answering my questions. My job was done well, the car was delivered in the timeframe promised and the overall price was ‘right’. I would highly recommend this dealership for service. dlc More

Irresponsible Service appointment I took my car for 20k mile service and an issue with Toyota Sienna rear door. I had been advised that they will order parts and gave an appointment to I took my car for 20k mile service and an issue with Toyota Sienna rear door. I had been advised that they will order parts and gave an appointment to come and get the service. Though it's very inconvenient to make a stop during a weekday, I agreed to drop off my car on Thursday (04/19/2017) and turned up at 7 am. After pleasantries, First question service consultant asked me is 'Did they call you that parts are ready?' --- My answer to her is 'No' --- But the answer inside me is why in the world you gave me an appointment today if you have that question. The consultant said, let me go check if the parts are ready. Ok, me in car zzzzzz for 10 mins. She came back Mr. Jonalalalalada (Hello... .thats not my last name, if you cannot pronounce my last name please call me by my first name), they received wrong parts. Very next moment, she is asked my phone number for future correspondence.. While I was giving her my phone number, I was changing gears and ready to go and cry out loud in my car.. Now I am waiting to see if they ever resolve my issue. More
