Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. I was told the part had to be ordered and would take 4 days to come in. 2 weeks later I had to call to see if the part was in. Not good when a custom I was told the part had to be ordered and would take 4 days to come in. 2 weeks later I had to call to see if the part was in. Not good when a customer has to follow up. And your southern hospitality is always short. Never have the loaner cars you said was in the package. Ive gotten turned down for a simple oil change because you were too busy. Your service department would be the reason I dont buy from you guys again. The service department needs a remodel more than the building did More

I felt like this was a rouse. I was only going in for a recall fuse. I made the appointment 4 weeks in advance. I drove 90 mins for the appointment. Within 15 mins, I was told tha I was only going in for a recall fuse. I made the appointment 4 weeks in advance. I drove 90 mins for the appointment. Within 15 mins, I was told that the fuse had to be ordered, however my car needed a coolant flushing and rear brakes and that is $994 and we can take care of that now. :/ More
