Scheduled appointment online for a Friday , simple oil change. Called Friday morning to confirm only to discover I had no appointment due to a 'glitch'. Rescheduled for one week later, arrived early checked in . Waited 2 hours and finally went to the service desk to ask what the status was. Car was done but they couldn't find the ticket. When I asked if 2 hours was normal, was cold they were busy. Poor management IMO. More
I sent Brett Lloyd and email with details. No response hate even replying to this….but here is my honest opinion. The day we purchased the car, which was on Saturday, everything went smooth. My salesman informed me that the car had not gone through the 150 point check yet because it was newly traded. I was told that the car would be delivered to my house on Monday after it was detailed and went through the inspection process. I informed the sales associate that I live an hour away and they said “no problem I have people that do that”. The car was not delivered on Monday as stated but delivered on Tuesday because of no driver available. Okay I get that… kinda. When I received the car I didn’t have the plates. Had to drive an hour back to the dealership to get them. I was however given a gas redemption for my trouble, which I appreciate. To top everything off the car obviously was not even washed as promised. Yes the tires were shined but it looked the same as it did on Saturday. Water spots and grime when I run my finger across it. I really can’t help but feel that I was lied too. Definitely not a good experience. Scott Belcher.
