I was overcharged for a state inspection because they added a charge for "parts/supplies" which I was told covers items such as "the box we keep the stickers in." There was also an undisclosed surcharge added to my payment, which I assume was for using a credit card, and they quoted me over $450 for a repair that shouldn't cost more than about $200. Plus, my invoice showed that a part needed to be special ordered, so it's entirely likely that one of the recall repairs was not actually completed, yet I was told it was all done. I will NEVER return to Southern for any reason! More
Used the quick lube service. Took an hour and a half. Probably would have gotten my car back sooner if the person who parked it when it was done had given the keys to the service Took an hour and a half.
