It took one month to make 2 repairs. 4 weeks. It may have been even longer than that. I quit counting. Not once did I get a returned phone call. Not once. The worst service experience in 4 weeks. Waiting area was very cramped and dirty. Only one employee was checking in cars and only one receptionist was checking people in. I had an 8:30 appointment for my 1st scheduled maintenance- Only one employee was checking in cars and only one receptionist was checking people in. I had an 8:30 appointment for my 1st scheduled maintenance- it took an hour and a half. Then when they were done and I was looking at the sheet they had not rotated the tires. They also did not find my warranty right away and I had to prove to them my BRAND NEW (bought in July- it’s October) KIA’s warranty. I will be going to First Team instead, where I bought the vehicle- even though it is further away. More
