Service staff are non-communicative to the point of needing to travel to the dealership in person to get an update on your vehicle. My vehicle is only four months old and was taken in for an electrical issue. I will not buy another GMC in the future and will not come back to this dealer for service. More

However, after the purchase, everything changed. When I followed up on a promise made before the sale, the salesperson called me a liar, and the manager was abrasive and dismissive. I recently received a service notification for my vehicle, but when I brought it in, the dealership had no record of it. The salesperson claimed it was a system error that needed to be erased from the vehicle—but the mechanic admitted he didn’t know how to do that. Yet again, I was promised something that couldn’t be delivered. I'm not looking forward to relying on this dealership for future service under warranty. I deeply regret purchasing with them and can only hope that my warranty will actually be honored. 🫰 --- More
