Decent service here. I like the upgrades with the video from the tech and the digital way to approve service. Communication was inconsistent. Got lots of messages and emails right after drop off with video and suggested work. But no updates once I declined the added $1000 of suggested work. Had to call to see if my car was ready. Dropped off the day before around 4pm for an 8am oil change the next day. Had to call 2pm to see if the work was done. Not a fan of the shop material added cost for a free oil change. Seems shady since I bought this vehicle in 2016 and had agreed to previous terms. More

Come in for known recalls per vin number. I stayed 2 hours for them to tell me I would have to come back they had to order the parts. Oh and wanted 50 dollars to loan me a car for the 2 hours I stayed 2 hours for them to tell me I would have to come back they had to order the parts. Communication could be a little better. The repairs are holding up well so far. Although I did have to reatach a bracket holding fuel cooler lines that Southern didn't put on.
