Upside down trade I came to Derrick with an upside trade in, thinking I would not get a new vehicle or even used one, but by the grace of GOD, he worked it out and I no I came to Derrick with an upside trade in, thinking I would not get a new vehicle or even used one, but by the grace of GOD, he worked it out and I now have a brand new 2018 Kia Optima!!!! The process took about a day and a half, a lot of paperwork, but it was worth it. I will continue to go to him.
