They say free oil changes for life, but don't tell you how they sometimes will and won't replace the oil filter. They don't tell you how many hoops you gotta jump through in order to schedule the service. Want to book online? The system hasn't registered the fact I've owned a vevhle for the entire almost 2 years Ive owned it now. So I can't even schedule the service unless I call and fight AI to transfer me to a live person. Even then, I wait on hold for almost 30 minutes everything time I call. They hope to frustrate you enough where you give up and they don't have to perform included services. Worst place Ive ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE More

Dropped my truck off at 4PM on a Thursday for a 7 AM Friday appointment for oil and state inspection. Called multiple times afternoon after 4 PM on Friday to check status, unable to get past AI answeri Friday appointment for oil and state inspection. AI said it would send text to service department who would get back to me with status. Gave up and came in on Saturday morning to pick up truck not ready never touched. Service done while I waited. More

I wish I could leave a negative stars. After my car sat at this dealership for several months. I finally got the call that it was ready for pick up. When I got there, they asked oh no one After my car sat at this dealership for several months. I finally got the call that it was ready for pick up. When I got there, they asked oh no one called you to which of course I'm surprised. I get there and they say oh your car was broken into on the lot. It's undrivable again. I've reached out to management, leadership as well as Kia's customer service department and I still do not have a resolution. It has been weeks and I still don't have my car. They do not communicate. They are unresponsive and they have not taken responsibility for the fact that my car was damaged under their watch. More
