Brought the vehicle in due to a screw in the tire. Used the extended warranty to replace the tire. I picked up the truck on Saturday because they called and said the tire was replaced and was all good Used the extended warranty to replace the tire. On Sunday I noticed a yellow marker on the tire that led me to see that the SCREW was still in the tire. The tire was not replaced at all. This service department has zero integrity. I More

Dropped my truck off at 4PM on a Thursday for a 7 AM Friday appointment for oil and state inspection. Called multiple times afternoon after 4 PM on Friday to check status, unable to get past AI answeri Friday appointment for oil and state inspection. AI said it would send text to service department who would get back to me with status. Gave up and came in on Saturday morning to pick up truck not ready never touched. Service done while I waited.
