Bought a new Sierra Denali truck and had service appt made by sales to install a tonneau cover. I showed up as scheduled and was told they were short-staffed and I would have to leave the truck for be en made by sales to install a tonneau cover. I showed up as scheduled and was told they were short-staffed and I would have to leave the truck for be entire day. They had no loaners available without me having to pay for them so I had to reschedule the next day. They got it done the next day, but it took over 3 hours. The lack of communication between sales and service was frustrating and I was caught in the middle. More

I never knew. I received the run-around about what was being done, and who has doing it. Then I was asked why we had put a junkyard part into the vehicle.
