I was forced to rent a car, which wasn't needed & I was told the charge would be refunded. My car did not need to be there overnight. My car was towed to the dealer on March 18th in the evening. We didn't hear from them wrong with it and then they told me it was $2,000 to fix it. My car only had 52,000 mi on it. In the end it was covered under the extended warranty, the whole thing in full, but no one called us for any kind of updates for over a week and a half. We called everyday and we're not getting return phone calls finally on March 24 th they told us what was wrong. On March 27 we got the approval that they were covering it. I asked them to vacuum the whole car as I wasn't going to get the car back til Passover it is a religious holiday which we take seriously we detail our cars and make sure there are no crumbs food residue in them the first 2 rows were cleaned. The 3rd row was ignored. I picked up the car and then I wasn't able to use it as the crumbs were left in it til April 9th in the evening. More
