Had my truck in for a oil change, the service advisor told me that I had a long wait because of the line ahead of me. She was able to work me in and had me out about a hour and a half. I dropped my car off at 8am and by 4pm I still hadn't received a call or update on the status of my oil change. I called and asked for an update and the AI said they would notify someone to contact me wi received a call or update on the status of my oil change. Makes me think my car had been done for a while and someone forgot to call me. I asked what time the service department closed, and was informed 6pm. I let them know I would do my best to arrive before 6pm. I ended up arriving around 5:55pm and everything was already locked up and all the service people had left. Luckily one mechanic saw me and was able to get me my keys and receipt. If the service department doesn't close until 6pm someone should be available until 6pm More
