The salesman talked about the cars and made me feel relaxed. The entire visit was exceptional. It was about what I wanted and exceeding my expectations. They went up and beyond. He kept interrupting us every time we spoke about the pricing and what features were in the vehicle, he lied about one of the car’s feautures, the 2019 KiA Sorento (saying it had a satellite top down camera on it instead of the four view camera system), he withheld the extra costs that came with the vehicle like the warranty and services after we’d told him time and time again what our cost budget was. He kept us waiting for hours while signing our contract agreements. I would never deal with him again, everyone else was fine but to us, but he was terrible. More
